Refund policy

You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges for sending the product back to us will not be covered by Pnstar.

Orders Eligible for Exchange

Your order will be eligible for exchange only if:

  • The product is unused and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged or washed
  • Security tags must remain attached

Exchange Options

  • You can exchange your item for:
    • Another size
    • A different product
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Price Difference Policy

  • If the replacement product costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your Pnstar Wallet.
  • If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the additional amount.

Return & Refund Policy

  • In case of approved returns, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Pnstar Store Wallet.
  • Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not applicable unless approved by the support team.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges and returns generally take 7–8 working days to process after receiving the product.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
