Refund policy
You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note:
- Shipping charges for sending the product back to us will not be covered by Pnstar.
Orders Eligible for Exchange
Your order will be eligible for exchange only if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is not damaged or washed
- Security tags must remain attached
Exchange Options

You can exchange your item for:
- Another size
- A different product
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Price Difference Policy
- If the replacement product costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your Pnstar Wallet.
- If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the additional amount.
Return & Refund Policy
- In case of approved returns, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Pnstar Store Wallet.
- Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not applicable unless approved by the support team.
Processing Time
- Exchanges and returns generally take 7–8 working days to process after receiving the product.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
