ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive:

An Order Confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
A Shipping Confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

The contract between you and Pnstar will only be considered confirmed after the Shipping Confirmation has been sent.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

In case a product becomes unavailable after placing the order:

We may offer an alternative product of similar quality and price.
If you do not wish to accept the alternative product, the paid amount will be refunded or credited to your store wallet.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Violation of our policies

We also reserve the right to modify or remove products, content, offers, or services from the website at any time.

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned during checkout.

However, delays may occur due to:

Unforeseen circumstances
Courier service delays
Remote delivery locations
Weather conditions or public holidays

Delivery shall be considered completed when the customer or recipient takes physical possession of the product at the provided delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, or other logistics providers.

PRICING & PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an incorrect price is identified:

We will inform you and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order.
If we cannot contact you, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

TAXES

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Have original tags and packaging intact
Not be damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns if products appear used, washed, altered, or damaged.

REVERSE PICKUP

Reverse pickup will only be arranged after approval from our Customer Support Team.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange pickup if approved.

Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges because of two-way courier costs.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refunds may be credited to the customer’s store wallet or original payment method, depending on the case.
Shipping and gift-wrap charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases involving fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

COD orders may require confirmation via phone call or message.
Orders once cancelled cannot be restored.
Orders already under processing or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Changes to address, size, or products are only possible before shipment confirmation.
