• Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds will be issued in the form of a no-expiry gift card/store credit that can be used anytime for future shopping on our website 😊
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability. In case the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.
• Certain items such as accessories, innerwear, or sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
